  • Returns

    Arsie offers a “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.” We accept returns of unopened and unworn products with original tags attached within 30 days of your purchase and with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and at the original selling price. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it or provide a refund within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. Price adjustments can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase with original proof of purchase. All purchases made on the website can only be returned or exchanged via the website—no in-store returns or exchanges.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

    Clearance and Sale Items (if applicable)

    Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    All sale items with less than 65% off are exchange only.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    If you need to exchange an item for the same one, send us an email at support@usarsie.com.

    Shipping

    We offer free return shipping on your first purchase order for domestic orders only.

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items on subsequent purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
